Augustus Thompson

In 2015, Augustus Thompson presented an installation and performance at Night Gallery in Los Angeles along with designer Lizzie Owens and exhibited his work at the Zabludowicz Collection (London, UK), as well as at the Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens (Ghent, Belgium) with The Still House Group. As an artist-in-residence with The Still House Group, Thompson has also exhibited in shows at Palace 88 in the East Broadway Mall (New York City), Fondazione Museo Pino Pascali (Polignano, Italy), and NADA 2013 (Miami, Florida). Solo shows were held at Steve Turner Contemporary (Los Angeles), Still House (Brooklyn), Ed Varie (New York) and Inside the White Cube (London). Augustus Thompson was born in 1985 in Richlands, Virginia and earned a BA at University of California, Santa Cruz. He lives and works between Los Angeles and New York.
