Jean-Baptiste Bernadet
Jean-Baptiste Bernadet (b. 1978, Paris) has held solo shows at Valentin (Paris), Retrospective Gallery (Hudson, NY), Rod Barton (London), East Hampton Shed (East Hampton), American Contemporary (New York), Karma (New York), Chinati Foundation (Marfa), and TORRI (Paris). Bernadet has mounted two person shows with Benoit Platéus at Almine Rech (London), Joanne Greenbaum at Michael Jon Gallery (Miami) and with Samuel François at Berthold Pott (Cologne). Group exhibitions include Wiels (Brussels, BE), Marfa Book Company (Marfa, TX), Almine Rech (Paris), Johannes Vogt at The Barn (East Hampton), Venus over Manhattan (New York). Bernadet cofounded Lauenen, an artist collective and residency in the Swiss Alps, alongside Eric Croes and David de Tscharner in 2011. He lives and works in Brussels.
