Wendy White
We Go High (2016) is our first collaboration with Wendy White, created in response to the tumultuous 2016 presidential campaign. We partnered again the following year to release American Dirt Effect (2017), a hand-finished series of 12. Our most recent collaboration is Love's Dark Corners (2020), a UV print on shaped dibond in a limited edition of 15.
Wendy White (b. Deep River, CT) has held solo exhibitions at VAN HORN (Düsseldorf), galerie lange + pult (Zürich), Museum Goch (Germany), Andrew Rafacz (Chicago), Shulamit Nazarian (Los Angeles), Kikai Kiki (Tokyo) curated by Takashi Murakami, SCAD Museum of Art (Savannah), David Castillo Gallery (Miami), among others. Select group exhibitions include presentations at Le Bureau (Düsseldorf), Library Street Collective (Detroit), Brattleboro Museum & Art Center (Brattleboro, VT) curated by John Newsom, Anonymous Gallery (New York), Perez Art Museum (Miami), LACMA (Los Angeles), and Hokkaido Obihiro Museum of Art (Japan), among many others. White has been commissioned for a number of high-profile public works including at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (Atlanta), Detroit Pistons Practice Facility (Detroit), Kranzberg Arts Foundation (St. Louis), and SCAD Lacoste (France). White lives and works in New York City.
