FAQs

EDITIONS

What is a limited edition?
A limited edition is a series that is fixed in quantity, meaning there is a specific and restricted amount that will ever be produced.

What is an archival pigment print?
An archival pigment print is a digital inkjet print printed with archival ink on archival paper. These museum-quality materials are guaranteed up to 90 years.

How will my print be framed?
Framing options vary for each piece and are listed within individual product pages. Unless otherwise specified, all pieces are framed to the edge and use UV acrylic glass.

Are the artists involved in production?
Yes. We work directly with our artists to create editions that accurately represent their larger body of work. Additionally, each artist personally reviews and approves their final edition.

How do I know that my Exhibition A edition is authentic?
We issue signed Certificates of Authenticity (COA) with the majority of our editions. Editions that are not accompanied by COAs will be signed, marked, or numbered on the edition itself. Certain items that we did not produce including Andy Warhol’s Art Cash (Ones), rare art books, and Eddie Martinez x Make Skateboards Set of Three Skate Decks do not come with a COA. If you would like clarification regarding how an edition is signed and please check the individual product page for specifications or email info@exhibitiona.com.

Do editions ever sell out?
Yes. Sign up for our mailing list to always be the first to know about our new editions.

If I buy an edition, do I own the copyright?
No. The copyright is not transferred to the purchaser of the edition.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?
Production time varies by edition and the specifics of your order. For example, unframed prints typically ship within 5 business days, while framed prints typically ship within 10 business days. Please note that our business hours are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

How will my order be packaged?
Unframed prints will be wrapped in archival wrapping and bubble wrap. Depending on dimensions, they will either ship flat or in a cardboard tube. Framed prints are encased within paper/bubble wrap and cushioned with cardboard corners. In either case, please take extra care when removing your print from its wrapping.

How much does shipping cost?
The cost will depend on shipping method, the size and weight of your purchase, as well as the shipping destination. You may elect to ship your package either by UPS Ground (2-7 days depending on location), UPS 3-Day Select, or UPS Next Day Air. International shipments are sent UPS Expedited (2-5 days depending on location) or UPS Worldwide Express (1-3 days depending on location). All shipping costs can be calculated previous to the checkout process and before confirming your order. Please note that shipping method does not affect turnaround times.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Expedited. International orders are subject to customs duties, which are set by the government of the destination country. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer; these fees will be due upon arrival and are in addition to the cost of artwork and shipping and handling. We cannot discount customs duties or reimburse you for these costs.

How do you declare goods for international orders?
Depending on the nature of the piece, we declare all shipments as limited edition artwork or original artwork at the price of the work being shipped. We cannot mark your shipment as a gift.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

Can I cancel or make adjustments to my order?
All requests for cancellations and/or adjustments must be made within 24 hours after the order was placed. Requests that extend beyond this timeline will not be accommodated.

What is your return policy?
Our general policy is that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your print arrives damaged or flawed, you may be eligible for a replacement or return. All claims on damaged prints must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing service@exhibitiona.com with the issue. All returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee and will not include the original shipping cost.

How do I know if I’m eligible for a replacement or return?
Works must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received, in their original packaging and with the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity in order to qualify for a return. If we are able to accept your return, shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. No return will be accepted without the Certificate of Authenticity, unless otherwise specified. Please keep in mind that prints may not be replaceable as all of our prints are limited release.
