Our general policy is that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your print arrives damaged or flawed, you may be eligible for a replacement or return. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing email@example.com. All returns must be accompanied by the Certificate of Authenticity.
If you change your mind after placing your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All requests for cancellations or adjustments must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed for framed prints (as your frame will have been ordered and cut within that time period) and 48 hours of your order being placed for unframed prints.
